At Alden Journey, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer refunds and returns under the following conditions.

Return Eligibility

  • You may return items within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • Personalized or custom items are not eligible for return.

Return Process

  2. Provide your order number and reason for the return.

  3. Our team will provide instructions for returning the item.

Refunds

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued using the same method as the original payment. Since we operate cash on delivery only.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your item is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us immediately at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery.

  • We will provide instructions for returning the item and either replace it or issue a refund.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to item availability.
